Role - Project manager and liason working with the ASCA team and various federal agencies to establish an information sharing and data portal for the corrections industry.

Role - Project manager for agile development of a hotel management company's internal communication system.

Role - Project manager for e-learning implementation and support, responsible for conducting user meetings, quarterly enhancements, and bug tracking.

Role - Product development team, project manager of redesign and migration of site to Ruby on Rails, hands-on on weekly iterative deployements, analytics tracking, and ad management.

Role - Project manager for multi-year full service marketing contract. Sub-projects included website design and development, brochure design and printing, booth display, print ad creatives, and trafficing ads to various 3rd party media outlets.

Role - Project manager on Massachusetts Sheriffs Association's paperless civil process pilot contract, participating in all phases of the project: as-is analysis, pilot planning, managing consultants and contract developers, development (SQL, .net, and C#), testing, and training and deployment.

Role - I have taken a leadership role in a variety of operations projects such as: setting new processes for migration from Microsoft Exchange to Google Apps, creating an internal ticking process, establising a shared image library, setting up and maintaining a company blog and twitter account, and piloting a contractor tracking system.
